We ship anywhere in Australia, we use shipping provide Sendle to get your delivery to your door. You’ll be provided a tracking number when your delivery is on its way to you.

Domestic Shipping on Alt Milks
Due to the weight and volume of large milk orders - we are limited to the amount of milk you can order online. 2x cartons of milk are available to order online - anything over this amount we ask that you give us a buzz at the warehouse to arrange pick up or delivery for larger volumes. We’d be happy to get you sorted!

Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with the coffee in your cup after receiving your coffee, drop us a line and let us know at hello@theblacklabcoffee.co we’d be more than happy to help! If we deem it to be an issue with a DIBS product, we will happily exchange the product for a brand newbie straight to your door.
7 Days to Return
In the instance that you are not completely satisfied with your DIBS product, we require communication from you within 7 days of the product arriving at the nominated delivery address.
